This is one of my favorite horror collectible pieces. The one and only Leatherface from the 1974 film, “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.” This action figure is made by NECA who does a fantastic job in creating action figures for some of the most well-known and liked horror icons.
The figure is 7″ tall with over 25 points of articulation.
This figure includes 2 interchangeable heads along with a cleaver, knife, meathook, mallet and chainsaw. What I love most about this piece is the blood splattered apron and chainsaw!
Sculpted by: Kyle Windrix & Chris Gawrych
The first piece of horror collectibles I present to you is an 8″ Freddy Krueger action figure. This piece is limited edition and numbered 4178. Made by Marty Abrams of the Mego Corporation. Mego was founded in 1954 and has sold over 20 million of its now standard 8″ action figures world wide.
This figure has detailed sculptures of Freddy’s burns and scars while featuring the iconic sweater, razor glove and top hot as an assorted piece.
As of the writing of this post, collectors can find the same type of figure on Ebay with prices in the $24-$50 price range.
